Kvarn sent me a BluRay that did not come as advertised and one of the discs was damaged. I wrote 101 Films to verify this and they did, stating it was not as advertised and they sent me a new one for free when Kvarn refused. Kvarn also refused to refund me the 350 kr for the film and kept my money. In my opinion, they are a dishonest company and they lost a loyal customer.
