They have no idea what phones they are selling. I have been in contact with 4! different persons in customer service, and all of them were wrong regarding Xperia 1 II phone when I asked about sim card quantity support. Each of them twice confirmed phone supports dual-sim, untill I persist pushing them to tripple check exact model of the phone. Apparently, no dualsim. They even told me to check phone specs on gsmarena.com! Really bad experience with customer support.
