We send back the package and they took the money too I've been writing asking for help over 2months the answer was that the package is arrived at their service point but I should wait until they have time to go and bring it so they could send my money back but it's been two weeks over no answer no money back no package no typical help At this point you can keep the money and your package I'm really tired of asking help for people who gives so little attention of their customers it's really disappointing because I loved your website and thought could buy more from you, but if the first product is turning out this way how am I sure that the next one won't be the same But you never know maybe it's only me others get a service or there's more like me... It's just not okay This people can not be trusted they lied about sending the package and when I didn't get it they used my own money to pay for their package storage they sent package without the intentions of delivery so they can keep the package and the money pls be careful they run a scams imagine scamming someone who is handicapped like me shame on people like you who take advantage of people like me because you know there is nothing we can do 😡 it's a shame and the fact that you still even open is what I don't get
