Extremely long delay time and extremely poor customer support! I bought a table on March 5th 2020 (week 10), and the initial delivery time forecast was week 15. I thought that 5 weeks was a reasonable time to wait for it, so I decided to wait. But then the problem started (all this history is documented by e-mail). - Two weeks after the purchase, the delivery date changed to week 18. - When it was close to week 18, the delivery date changed to week 20 - Getting close to week 20, the delivery date changed to week 27. - Getting close to week 27, the delivery date changed to week 31. - Finally, on week 32 (August 5th), it was delivered, exactly 5 months after the order. Luxi kept fooling me with the delivery date. All the times I questioned them, they said it should arrive “in the coming weeks”. If I knew that the delivery time would be 5 months since the beginning, I probably would look for another option. If Luxi didn’t know the delivery date, they should have said: “we don’t know”, instead of “it will arrive in the coming weeks”. But, as if the above was not enough, when the table arrived, it also had an assembly defect: The hole group from the feet didn’t match the hole group from the table, so I had to adapt/force the screws to their position. Some screws got damaged, and some screws were not possible to be assembled. I made a very detailed video explaining the issue and sent to them. They said that they would contact me, but nothing happened. I asked for some kind of good will agreement with Luxi (as a reimbursement) due to: - the extreme long delay time - keeping me with high hopes every time I asked for a new delivery forecast - the assembly defect on the table and the lack of support from them But they simply ignored me. So, don’t expect to be treated fairly and don’t trust the delivery time and promises from them.
