Seemed to be easy and transparent, shipment turned to be a disaster. Without notice Postnord on it's own decided to change pick up point. Instead of packet box located in walking distance from our house and having working hours 24/7 they delivered it 12 km away to Postnord department that always closes earlier than I'm able to reach it after my daily job. Since I have troubles with spine, carrying 10 kg box over public transport was not the most pleasant time spending either. To pick up the parcel from different location I had to significantly change my plans for entire week and weekend that led to major inconvenience. To my complaints postnord replied that I have accepted shipment terms while placing the order, giving them freedom to change delivery location to wherever suits them better, without explaining anything to me, and if I'm not happy about the service it is my own problem. Wondering who the hell in this universe will be satisfied with service like that??
