Awful customer service, you order products. Says everything is in stock, hear nothing from them. I contact them and wonder why they wont send it, they say "its strange" product should be here but its not so you can choose a new product to replace one or wait days. I try to add a product and they charge me extra cost? Even though I choose _exactly the same_ product.
