Unfortunately not a good experience. I had pre-ordered Final Fantasy VII Rebirth with the note that the game would arrive home on the day of the launch, but the delivery was late for 5 days. Also, it was advertised on the page that by pre-ordering I would get an item for the game (Midgar Bangle Accessory) which I also didn’t receive. By talking to support, doesn’t seem like I will get it at all. Considering this was a birthday gift to a FF fan, the experience was disappointing, as he couldn’t play the game at launch and also didn’t get the promised accessory.
