Amazing customer service. Very helpful and always willing to help, replace or in some certain case, even send me free parts. I would pay a bit extra and shop at them rather than at most other stores. They always treat me fondly, maybe cause I'm a recurring customer. When friends or family ask my advise, I always end up recommending they shop at Komplett. Just terrific!

ABSOLUT RUBBISH! Very inkompetent support who dodge questions they cant answer. They know absolutely nothing about the PC components they sell. Kept telling me I might have to pay for a fix, when I have just bought the damn product and still have warranty! I used to recommend Elgiganten to people who come to me for advice, and now I can gladly say that I have never done it on over a year and will never recommend them ever again! One support guy sent me to another guy who in turn sent me to another guy who in turn sent me back to the first guy. the first genius gives me a wrong support phone number to a company that has nothing to do with the issue! YOU ARE THE WORST, and i F@#!ng HATE your guts!
