I bought a washing machine (WW94T756CBT_S4) via samsung.com/se, it leaked water from day one. I was sent on a goose chase. The chat support agent stops the chat three times in a row when you eventually ask for a return. You need to start a new conversation with a new agent again and again. After 2 minutes not responding, the chat is stopped off due to inactivity. When you email, they will ask you to call a certain number. When you call the number, they will give you another number to call. When you call that number, they will ask you to email with pictures. When you email you will be referred back the first number you started with :S Only offer from Samsung is to send a technician to determine if you have to fix it at your own expense or not. If you want to have someone to come over and check the washing machine, you need to accept these conditions. So basically, if the technician determines it is not a manufacturing fault you would have to pay for a repair of a newly purchased machine that was malfunctioning from day one. The warranty terms and conditions are such that you are liable for damages during transport. When I asked about this, Samsung support's advice is to file a claim for damages at the transporting agency which Samsung used to deliver the washing machine. You have to file the claim yourself, even though Samsung delivers to your adress and choses the transport agency. I asked for a return and refund over the phone, they asked to call yet another number. The Swedish website is a sham. Customer service will try to shove off responsibility to another retailer even though you purchased via the website. Customer service and technical service work with a call manuscript, so it is like talking to a broken record player. One team will tell you exchange of the washing machine is possible, the other will tell you they can't exchange the washing machine. I can only describe it as a circus (run by clowns). My advice is to stay away it is not worth the trouble!
