I have ordered two items. One of them was available for pickup, but the other one was not in stock, and there was no update on when it would be available. I went to the shop to at least collect the one that was available, but they told me it was not possible. Then they checked that the other item would be available in a month. They suggested I send a message to customer service to split my order so I could collect the available one. Even after sending the message, I didn't receive any update, so I finally canceled the whole order.
