They got my cellphone before new year and as of yet, I haven't gotten it back (I'll update this review if i ever receive it). I count to five broken promises of delivery dates, increased fee and I was even coerced into accepting the wrong color of replacement part at a much higher price than the right color because "it may take additional weeks to order otherwise" even though i paid in advance for the right color and they had the phone for several weeks before telling me they had to order my color (which was displayed as "in the store" when i placed the order and posted my phone). Oh, and after several weeks I get the information that part of the huge delays are due to them not telling me they sent it to another country for repair. Also, they never have Swedish support personnel so I have to manually translate and also hope that they understand me.
