I recently ordered 3 products. About two weeks later I got a message from customer support of Eleven (not NordicFeel), informing me that two of them were not available, and they would only send the third. I responded immediately asking for a replacement to be sent instead, but my message was handled two more days later, after the order was already shipped. Delivery arrived one more week later, and contained a different product that the one I had chosen based on the photo.
