Just dropped from 3 to 2 starts due to combination of nightmare invoices with a mix of slow customer support and insufficient support systems, but service has worked well at least (that's why we're still at two stars). I've been in contact with them on chat 5 times, email 3 times, and phone 2 times, but still no resolution to the invoices (paying for overlapping periods, invoices that have replaced original invoices, they don't seem to have the same information I do, I have paid an earlier invoice but the need proof of that as well as say they have sent money to me in refund - nope - like they don't have systems to keep track of that and need me to verify... please do your job). Can be that it's summer time and they have a lot to do or that their systems are failing, but in the end the customer is suffering and is getting a low-quality experience, which there are no excuses for - if it isn't the way you want to run your company of course. Good first impression these first few months. I've heard a lot of good about them before and was excited to finally get some Bahnhof fibre, but if this doesn't solve itself by the end of this month I'll drop it to 1 star and search for a better provider.
