Worst customer support ever! I received a coffee table that was broken in half inside the package, and it injured me when I unpacked it. It took them 2 months to finally pick it up! Long version: I ordered the VERA coffee table from Soffadirekt. It came in a wooden palette, which I assumed would protect it. My friend and I carefully brought it to our apartment entrance and unpacked it outside. As soon as I removed the wooden cage, the table—already broken—split in half and fell on my shin and foot. We reached out to their lousy customer support, and it was a nightmare from there. Every email we sent took a week for them to reply. The broken table sat at our front door for two months! That was a great advertisement for Soffadirekt in front of our guests and our neighbors! They even had the nerve to ask us to bring it back to the street level ourselves for the return, even though we had already unpacked it. When we asked them to arrange a pickup from the apartment entrance, they refused, saying they “don’t do that.” After two months of back-and-forth nonsense, we finally dragged the table down to the street ourselves so the courier could pick it up. Moral of the story: 1. Don’t buy this crappy table from Soffadirekt: VERA Soffbord 140 Marmor Brun (link below) 2.
