ordered 2x kevin murphy 30g's and got 100g's of each one. a happy accident i suppose, will order from them again but they should probably sort out mistakes that happen the other way around (where someone might order 100g and get 30g instead).
Been using this for a few months now. Initially it looks great - feels like its built well, wrist support is not too hard and not too soft, mouse glides easily on the "speed" side. Then you begin to notice that as you move your mouse, it feels like you're scratching the pad. You look down and see a tiny little white grain of dust or whatever is causing the strange feel. Over the course of a few weeks you begin to notice scratches where your mouse usually is. I had a Mionix Castor and it was apparently scratching my pad. I switched mice to the Logitech G403, which has soft feet. Weeks of use later and you still get scratching whenever you have a small particle stuck under your mouse. You will basically have to constantly wipe this mousepad down or you will scratch it up. Can't really recommend it unless you absolutely have to have a hard mousepad with a gel wrist.
Been using this for years. I've tried many other brands but this is the only one that does the job.
Bought one which had a lot of buzzing and coil whine. Replaced it and got one with much less noise (still has some strange electric sounds but that's fine, it's a computer component and it isn't as loud as before). Card is very quiet under load, with the heatsink doing a ton of work even while the fans are off. To give it a quick test, I maxed out everyting I possibly could on GTA V (with FXAA + MSAA 2x) and got a stable mid-50's fps average. Card itself was silent. Installation is straightforward, packaging is very nice, and the card itself is not very long so it should fit in most people's cases. +Amazing cooler +Packaging makes this feel like a premium product +Great performance for the price range +8GB means poorly optimized games or games that load large textures all at once are playable -Coil whine -Price can be slightly high at times
Stay away from this one. Just bought one from netonnet and hooked everything up as I usually do. The molex connectors do not have the thick handles that you sqeeze and instead use the generic cheap version. This did not want to go all the way into my Xonar STX soundcard and my computer refused to boot until I unplugged the molex connector from it. Once the computer started it became clear that the fan was not a quiet one. You can eaisly hear it even when your computer is idling along with a constant buzzing noise. To make matters worse, you will hear a noticable amount of coil whine when you begin to game or do anything that requires some power. Easily the worst power supply I've ever bought, especially for this price range. Will return it tomorrow for a refund and change brands.
