Purchased a Digital Video Editing Software, never delivered and after one month they have not refunded me. I sent their terrible customer service multiple emails. Its shameful and I will escalate to EU customer protection to get my money back.

Worst retailer ever. I purchased a DSLR camera online when it says it's available, I was kept on the boil for more than a week, contacted them twice for the delay and finally they said we are out of stock. Will never buy from this shop again, waste of time.

Wasted my time 4 days and suddenly I received an email from Eleven that the product is not available and it was the system fault! Bad system management and bad company waste of time, dont buy from these people!
